At The Cruise Bus, our goal is to provide safe, comfortable, and dependable transportation to and from the Galveston cruise terminals. Please review the following policies before your travel date.

Departure from Mesquite

All buses depart from:

2727 Towne Centre Dr. (At Home Department Store)

Mesquite, TX 75150

Departure times are based on your cruise line:

• Carnival and Royal Caribbean: 7:00 AM sharp
  

• MSC Cruises: 9:30 AM sharp

These departure times are firm, with no exceptions. Passengers should arrive early and be ready to board before the scheduled departure time. The Cruise Bus cannot be responsible for passengers who miss the bus because they arrive late.

We will send several reminders by email and text message leading up to your cruise date. Please ensure that the contact information provided with your reservation is accurate.

Return from Galveston

Following your cruise, The Cruise Bus will depart from the Galveston Cruise Port at 9:30 AM sharp and return passengers to:

2727 Towne Centre Dr .(At Home Department Store)

Mesquite, TX 75150

The return departure time is firm, with no exceptions. Passengers are responsible for disembarking, collecting their luggage, clearing customs, and arriving at the designated pickup location before departure.

Refunds and Cruise Cancellations

Refund requests must be submitted at least 15 days before your scheduled cruise date. Requests made fewer than 15 days before the cruise date are not eligible for a refund.

If the cruise line cancels your cruise and provides official written notice, The Cruise Bus will refund your transportation charges, less any nonrefundable credit card processing fees.

Stops During the Trip

The Cruise Bus does not make unnecessary or unscheduled stops while traveling to or from Galveston. Exceptions may be made only when required for medical, safety, or mechanical reasons.

Passenger Conduct

We respect every passenger's comfort, peace, and opportunity to relax. Passengers must behave in a considerate manner throughout the trip.

The following conduct is not permitted:

• Loud music, videos, or other audio

• Loud, excessive, or disruptive conversations

• Disruptive speakerphone calls

• Threatening, unsafe, or abusive behavior

• Conduct that interferes with the driver or other passengers

• Headphones should be used when listening to personal audio or watching videos.

Alcohol and Drugs

Alcohol and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited on the bus.

Passengers who possess, use, or appear to be impaired by prohibited substances may be denied boarding or removed from service when it is safe and lawful to do so.

Right to Refuse Service

The Cruise Bus reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior or apparent intentions may:

Disrupt the trip

Threaten or harm passengers, staff, or property

Interfere with the driver's safe operation of the bus

Violate these policies

Refusal of service due to prohibited or unsafe conduct may result in the loss of transportation charges.
